Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy describes order handling, delivery estimates, tracking, and shipping issue reporting.
1) Shipping coverage
We ship to U.S. addresses. Some items may be restricted due to carrier rules, size/weight, or destination access.
2) Processing time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If an item needs additional handling time or becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you.
3) Transit estimates (after dispatch)
- Standard: typically 3–7 business days

Expedited: typically 2–5 business days (if offered at checkout)
Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
4) Tracking & split shipments
Tracking is emailed when a label is created. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to show movement. Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with multiple tracking numbers.
5) Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address and contact phone at checkout. Returned shipments due to address issues may require reshipment fees.
6) Damage, loss, or major delays
Contact help@johnsshop.us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos if applicable.
